This is just some idea of what you can do if you want to put on some muscle. I gained a lot of mass from this and it will work for you if you follow it.
Wake up 40g whey protein
breakfest
then casein protein in between meals
lunch
30 minutes before workout 5g Glutamin 5g BCAA
20g whey protein before workout 40g or more carbs (Immediately)
Immediately after workout 5g BCAA 5 Glutamin
50g after work out 100g or more carbs (30mins after)
dinner
40g casein protein right before you go to bed
this is the basics. Just eat 1g to 1.5g of protein per pound and you shall be fine. PLus carb up! _________________ Courage is being scared to death... and saddling up anyway.
